Products and positioning

FOLYX provides cosmetic grooming, styling, scalp-care and routine-support products. Products are not medicines, medical treatments or substitutes for qualified healthcare advice, and we do not promise hair regrowth.

Orders and prices

Orders are subject to acceptance, availability and successful payment. Prices are shown in GBP. UK delivery is free when the order subtotal is £40 or more, and costs £1.99 for orders under £40, unless a clearly stated promotion applies.

Dust Storm first-order promise

The voluntary 30-day first-order promise is governed by the conditions in our Return and refund policy. It is additional to statutory rights and is offered by FOLYX LTD, not by our manufacturer or fulfilment provider.

Subscriptions

Where offered, subscription orders recur at the selected frequency until changed or cancelled before the next billing date. A processed order may already have entered fulfilment.
