How much is UK delivery?

UK delivery is free when your order subtotal is £40 or more, and £1.99 when it is under £40.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before the fulfilment cut-off are normally dispatched the same working day. Later orders are normally dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes a few days via Royal Mail or courier.

Products and results

Does FOLYX regrow hair?

No. FOLYX grooming products are cosmetic products, not medicines or treatments for hair loss. Dust Storm and our styling range help fine or thinning hair look fuller through lift, texture and control.

Why is Dust Storm different from an ordinary styling powder?

Its fragrance-free formula combines glycerin for flexibility with lightweight silica and styling polymers for root lift, oil control and a soft-matte finish without rigid hold.

How long does 20g last?

Dust Storm is designed to be used sparingly. Start with a small amount and build gradually. The exact duration depends on your hair length, how often you style and how much you apply.

How is feedback displayed?

Feedback supplied directly to FOLYX may be published with an abbreviated name for privacy. We only use “verified purchaser” where the feedback can genuinely be matched to an order, and gifted or incentivised feedback must be disclosed.
