Shipping policy

UK delivery

Delivery is free when the order subtotal is £40 or more, and £1.99 for orders under £40.

Our UK fulfilment partner normally dispatches orders placed before 2:30pm on the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery usually takes a few days via Royal Mail or another suitable courier. Carrier times are estimates and delays can occur.

Tracking

A tracked service is not promised for every parcel, so we do not describe all UK delivery as tracked.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before ordering. Contact info@folyx.co.uk immediately if you notice an error; orders already in fulfilment may not be amendable.

Delayed or missing parcels

If an order has not arrived after a reasonable period, email us with your order number and we will investigate.
