UK delivery

Delivery is free on orders of £40 or more, and £1.99 on orders under £40.

UK delivery is free when the order subtotal is £40 or more, and costs £1.99 for orders under £40. Orders received before the fulfilment cut-off are normally dispatched the same working day; later orders are normally dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes a few days via Royal Mail or courier, but carrier delays can occur.

Dispatch

Our UK fulfilment partner normally dispatches orders placed before 2:30pm on the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day.

Carrier

Orders are sent using Royal Mail or another suitable courier. A tracked service is not promised for every parcel, so we do not describe all delivery as tracked.

Delays or missing parcels

If an order has not arrived after a reasonable period, email info@folyx.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate.
